The Oaks and its beautiful surroundings provide a wonderfully relaxed environment for your wedding. The elegant hall with its own bar, dance floor and abundance of outdoor space is the perfect setting for your special day.

We provide a professional service and can offer catering, decorations, marquee hire, entertainment for children and so much more. You can use our venue as a blank canvas and bring your own decoration or we can recommend

professionals we have worked with previously.

Wakes

The Oaks is an ideal location for your reception following funeral service, being 5 min away from both the Kemnal Cemetery and Eltham Crematorium. It is a place where friends and family can come together to express their condolences and our facilities provide everything you need to give your loved one a memorable farewell

Our dedicated Events team and friendly onsite staff will be on hand to help you plan warm and respectful funeral reception

Our beautiful modern function room and adjoining bar lobby with a large fully stocked bar can accommodate up to 200 people and with an abundance of outdoor space and plentiful secure overnight parking The Oaks is the perfect location for any occasion

We host weddings, wakes, adult and children birthday parties, Christmas parties, baby showers, retirement and anniversary parties, hen and stag nights, leaving do’s and other events

Because of its location and a short walk from New Eltham train station, The Oaks is also an ideal venue for corporate and team building events, charity events and a filming location
